Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions (₹299/month)
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
To cancel, go to Account → Manage Subscription.
Annual Subscriptions (₹2,499/year)
You may request a full refund on an annual subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not used the paid features (unlimited Krishna conversations, audio playback, or weekly reflections) during that period.
After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation stops renewal but does not trigger a refund for the remaining period.
Lifetime Purchase (₹4,999)
You may request a full refund on a Lifetime purchase within 7 days of payment, provided that the paid features have not been used.
After 7 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at amitpk.kumar@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- The plan you purchased
- A brief reason (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using a paid feature — for example, a payment was charged but your account was not upgraded — please contact us immediately at amitpk.kumar@gmail.com. We will resolve it promptly, either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund at our discretion.
